If you refuse to provide it, you will not be able to use our products and services normally. We collect and use your personal information in the following scenarios:

(1).Account Registration and Login

• When you register and log in to your Charging Future account, we will collect the following information: phone number, email, and password to create your personal account and verify your identity to ensure account security. This information is essential for the core business functions of Charging Future products and services, and if you refuse to provide the above information, we will not be able to provide you with services.
• You can also choose to log in using third-party platforms (such as Facebook, Google). If you log in using a third-party platform account, we will obtain relevant information (username, avatar) under your authorization, and we still need your phone number for identity verification. If you refuse to provide the above information, you will not be able to log in using a third-party platform account, but it will not affect the normal use of other functions.
• Collecting and using your phone number is to meet the requirements of real-name authentication according to relevant laws and regulations. If you refuse to provide it, you may not be able to register an account.
• After logging into your account, you can further improve your information and modify your nickname and avatar. If you choose to change your avatar, you need to provide access to your mobile album.

(2).Connecting and Controlling Devices

When you use the Charging Future_APP to connect Charging Future product devices, we will collect your location information, Wi-Fi network list information, and Bluetooth information (including your mobile device's MAC address, device name, device service information, and Bluetooth signal strength) to assist in establishing a connection between your mobile device and the device and enabling control of the device by your mobile device. After the connection is established, you can use the Charging Future_APP to monitor the status of your device and control it remotely. This is a core function of Charging Future products and services, and if you choose not to provide the aforementioned information, you will not be able to use this core functionality.

(3).Issue Reporting

When you have issues to report to us, you can describe your problems more clearly by uploading photos or videos. If you choose to upload photos or videos, we will access information from your mobile device's photo album.

In the process of collecting and using the above personal information, we primarily request the following mobile device permissions. Granting any of these permissions represents your authorization for us to collect and use related personal information to provide corresponding services. You can also change the scope of your consent or withdraw your authorization at any time. After withdrawing authorization, we will no longer collect personal information related to these permissions and will not be able to continue to provide corresponding services. However, your withdrawal of consent or authorization will not affect our collection and use of personal information based on your previous authorization. When we intend to use the information for purposes not specified in this policy, we will seek your consent in advance.

2. Deleting Your Personal Information:

In certain circumstances, you can request the deletion of your personal information through the contact methods provided in this privacy policy:

(1) If our processing of personal information violates laws and regulations.

(2) If we collect and use your personal information without your consent.

(3) If our processing of personal information violates the agreements with you.

(4) If you no longer use our products or services or if you have deactivated your account.

After you have actively deactivated your account, we will cease providing products or services to you and delete or anonymize your personal information, except as otherwise provided by laws and regulations or as required by regulatory authorities.

We only store your personal information for the time necessary to fulfill the purposes of providing products and services, as well as the time limits stipulated by laws and regulations. After the above-mentioned storage period has passed, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.
